Jeanne Manese, PhD

Manese has published numerous articles and chapters, and her latest publication, a coedited book, is Cases in Multicultural Clinical Supervision: Models, Lenses, and Applications (2019) by Cognella Academic Publishing. Manese has achieved the distinction of Fellow in the APA's Division 17 and 45, and recently received the APA Minority Fellowship Program James M. Jones Lifetime Achievement Award for Public Service. She is a fellow of the Asian American Psychological Association and has also been honored by the Association of Counseling Center Training Agencies and the Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers for her work in the area of multicultural training.



Manese’s passions include addressing disparities in mental health treatment for communities of color, providing career development and mentoring for students and early career professionals, and promoting social justice through consultation, training and advocacy.
